With the help of the Business Wales SMARTCymru scheme we have been able to develop a new pillow blowing machine that is three times faster than our existing machines.
The new machine was designed in conjunction with MKN Engineering and blows our special Like Down Pillow filling.
The Like Down Pillow feels just like a 100% Pure Goose Down pillow but can be made for a fraction of the price, and the geese get to keep their feathers.
Beautiful Sleep Director, Kevin Gray-Roberts, says that the new machine has enabled Beautiful Sleep to approach new customers of a much larger scale than previously, a national TV Shopping Channel is already selling the new Like Down Pillow and negotiations are ongoing with a major retailer.
