Our pillows come with a 30-night comfort guarantee, you can try the pillow for a month and if you are not satisfied return the pillow for an exchange or refund. Full terms and conditions are on our Returns Policy Page here.

If you need to modify or cancel an order please email hello@gxpillows.co.uk or call our Customer Service Team on Freephone 0800 316 2689 as soon as possible. We generally dispatch next day and cannot amend or cancel orders after dispatch although you can, of course, return your order under our 30-night comfort guarantee.

Once you have placed your order on the website you will receive an order confirmation email and, as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a link to the courier website. For that reason, we encourage you to give us an email even if you place your order on our Freephone telephone number 0800 316 2689.

No, all of our Gx Pillows are filled with virgin synthetic fibre meaning they are suitable for people who don’t get on with feather or down pillows.

The original Gx Suspension Pillow is available in Medium-soft or Medium-firm. Most people prefer the Medium-soft so unless you specifically prefer a firmer pillow the Medium-soft is the one to go for. With our 30-night comfort guarantee you can always exchange a pillow.

The Gx Like Down is for those people who are looking for a pillow which performs the same as a 100% goose down pillow but who don’t get on with the goose down price or sneezes.

The Gx Superlux Pillow is our finest pillow, our Like Down filling, integral air vent and beautifully piped seams, it’s the top of the range. 

The Gx Suspension Pillow in Medium-firm and Medium-soft is approximately 29” x 19” x 9” (approx 74cm x 48cm x 23cm) as is the Gx Support Pillow, they are all sized to fit a standard UK pillowcase of 50cm width.

The Gx Like Down and Superlux Pillows are slightly less high at 29" x 9" x 8" (approx 74cm x 48cm x 20cm) but still fit a standard UK pillowcase.

The Gx Camper Pillow is roughly 2/3 of the size at 20”x 13”x 7” (approx 50cm x 33cm x 18cm).

The original Gx Suspension Pillow in Medium-soft and Medium-firm is suitable for all types of sleepers but particularly side and back sleepers. Front sleepers generally like a slightly flatter pillow so may prefer the Gx Like Down or Superlux Pillows which are not quite so high. Remember you can always try a pillow and return it under our 30-night comfort guarantee.

We dispatch pillows on Mondays through to Fridays (weekend orders are dispatched on Monday). Our couriers generally take 3-4 days from receiving the pillows.

We don't currently deliver internationally as pillows are bulky and expensive to transport.

Your tracking information can be found by clicking the purple tracking number in your shipping confirmation email – this links to the courier website page for your parcel. If you placed your order by telephone without giving us an email address you can call us on Freephone 0800 316 2689 for a tracking update.

Your pillow may become slightly compressed in transit so please give it a brief shake on opening. Once you start using your pillow please turn it over each night to sleep on a different side.

We actually put a ‘Do not wash’ label on the pillows to stop people just chucking them in the washing machine on any old cycle as some washing machine cycles can redistribute the filling around the internal ties in a way that adversely affects the performance of the pillow. What we usually advise is that the pillows be used with a pillow protector or doubled up pillow cases and then cleaned by a laundry or dry-cleaners using a special process for bedding – this is a different process to regular dry cleaning and is offered by Johnsons among others. Failing that the pillow shell can be sponged clean and left to dry naturally or hung in an airing cupboard. If you do want to machine wash the pillow please do so on the gentlest cycle available and leave to dry naturally or tumble dry on the lowest possible heat setting.

Our pillows are all made at our own factory in Pontyclun, South Wales. We are very proud to employ skilled workers from the area around our factory, historically South Wales has been a centre of furniture, upholstery and bedding manufacture and we are delighted to continue the tradition.

As we cannot sell returned pillows for hygiene reasons, we pass them to a local homeless charity who launder them and put them to good use.
